Compensation range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

 

The base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.

Position Summary

Location: South Seattle (Georgetown)

Hours:  Day shift, Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

 

This role will require prior experience with cycle-counting, RF Scanners and the ability to use both laptops and smartphones.  One of the most important components of what we do is the physical installation of our office systems at our client sites. Our Warehouse Associates are integral to our continued success and company image. Warehouse Associates are on the front lines of our business and to live our values and help our clients achieve their business goals..  

 

Essential Functions:

 

To perform this job successfully, a Warehouse Associate be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  

  • Assess incoming product for inventory identification, verification of disposition and catalog of inventory  
  • Utilize warehouse and inventory technologies including barcode scanners and Snaptracker software 
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, disassembly and re-assembly of systems furniture 
  • Perform daily cycle counts 
  • Operate and handle a variety of warehouse machinery (less than 30% of the time) 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities  

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a related field such as inventory, asset management, manufacturing, or moving/storage 
  • Use of RF Scanners 
  • ERP/SAP Software experience is a plus 
  • Ability to safely operate and handle warehouse machinery 
  • Willing to learn forklift operations 

 

Education/Experience  

  • High school diploma or equivalent required  
  • One or more years of related work experience; installation of commercial office furniture experience preferred

Physical Requirements
• Seeing, color perception, hearing/listening, clear speech, hand and finger dexterity, and ability to move distances within and between warehouses/offices, ability to get to project sites.
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

 

Working Environment
Generally, works in an office environment with moderate noise. Nature of work may require time spent out of the office at client location or other One Workplace offices. Reliable access to transportation required. Periodically works outside and may work around moving objects, dust, and dirt.
