Compensation range: $100,000 - $130,000 Annually

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Regional Showroom Manager - California will develop and implement a unified, high-impact showroom program that promotes brand cohesion while enabling local creativity in 5+ physical showrooms (flagship and regional markets) in California. This individual will deliver on the vision of regional sales and design leaders from across the enterprise to reflect the brand’s core design DNA while integrating localized aesthetics and curated pieces to ensure individuality. The Regional Showroom Manager will bring together key players from across the organization to facilitate the showroom program with efficiency and consistency, leveraging existing processes and developing a consistent system and approach, including overseeing projects from beginning to completion and managing showroom financials. This individual will also work closely with vendor partners and facilitate vendor programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·In collaboration with other Regional Showroom Manager(s), develop and implement a consistent strategy and process for maintaining all One Workplace physical showrooms (flagship and regional markets), including but not limited to product and decor moves and installs for customer visits, mock-ups, event set-ups, vignette rotations, dealer showroom offers, and refreshes.
·Collaborate closely with leaders from sales and design to understand vision and direction for showrooms that reflect both the overall brand and local environment
·Facilitate participation from IT, Finance, Workplace Experience, Facilities, Marketing, Operations and vendor partners to maintain showrooms and implement rotations and installs
·Manage multiple showroom projects from beginning to completion, including developing work plan, schedules, and logistics, and organizing deliveries based on overall project parameters, project schedule and scope, and showroom goals
·Manage showroom expenditures and budgets with consistency and clarity, working closely with Director of Real Estate & Facilities and Finance Team
·Develop and distribute internal communications related to showroom activities
·Manage strategic vendor programs, including Steelcase offers and rotating vignettes
·Ensure compliance with Steelcase Premier Partners program requirements
·Utilize Hedberg, Oracle Expense, Ensync, Wrike and other existing platforms to support showroom activities
·Manage showroom, mock-up, and demo product inventories
·Support asset tracking, depreciation, sustainability efforts
·Develop and implement a standardized ticket management system to address issues within showroom spaces and ergonomic requests
·Facilitate training for sales and design teams on showroom tour plans and stories
·Work with partners across locations to ensure all spaces remain “photo ready” for clients and visitors
·Align with Workplace Experience around hospitality and seasonal décor across all locations
·In partnership with Marketing and Design, ensure updated collateral is developed and distributed as changes take place in the showrooms

·Consistency: Maintains reliable and consistent execution of operational standards, leadership practices, and customer service expectations across all showrooms in the region.
·Reliable transportation is needed to travel between showroom locations within region

·Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or marketing. Bachelor degree in business or marketing, preferred.
