Compensation: $81,000-$86,000/year
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid, on-site 3 days a week)
The base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Business Partners, this role provides day-to-day HR support while partnering closely with the HRBP team to deliver people programs, employee relations support, onboarding, compliance activities, and organizational initiatives.
The HR Generalist combines strong customer service, operational excellence, and problem-solving skills to help create a positive employee experience. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys supporting employees and managers, improving processes, leveraging technology and AI-enabled tools, and contributing to a collaborative, people-focused culture.
