Compensation $25.00 - $27.50 per hour 

 

The base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.

Position Summary

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Shift: Day shift, Monday - Friday

 

The Punchlist Coordinator is an intermediate admin role that supports multiple teams within our Sales and Operations divisions. The Punchlist Coordinator will interface with vendors as well as external clients and have the ability to prioritize their work and have a high attention to detail. This role will require a level of problem solving, at times, with short notice. Responsible for processing and ensuring timely resolution of all punchlist issues,  

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Supports the Project Management Team with resolution of punch lists  
  • Proactively manage open issues with Wrike to identity status, steps, and the full scope of the issue 
  • Reviews resolution of issues and takes action with ordering product with vendor, including obtaining replacement costs from vendors 
  • Opens and tracks laser tickets thru to completion and reimbursement 
  • Enters orders to complete punches and receive labor reimbursements for time spent due to vendor defects  
  • Obtains vendor acknowledgment for accuracy of the product and timely shipping

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 

  • High School diploma, or equivalent and two-three relevant experience, or combination of education and experience to perform essential duties. 
  • Prior customer service and/or coordination experience. 
  • Proven Knowledge of MS Office suite software. 
  • Experience with using project management system 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn internal system (Hedberg and Smartsheet) 

 

Physical Requirements 

  • Seeing, hearing, color perception, clear speech 
  • Ability to move distances within the office and warehouse 
  • Complex reading and writing, basic math skills 

 

Working Environment 

Regularly works alone and with others in person, over the phone and via email. Generally, works in an office environment around moderate noise. Occasionally may work in the warehouse around loud noises.
