Compensation range: $74,000 - $84,500 Annually
The base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.

The Marketing Associate will support the California business by translating strategy into effective marketing deliverables that help our teams win work and elevate our brands. The primary focus of this role is building compelling pitch decks and pursuit materials in partnership with Sales. This person will actively listen to sales leaders, understand opportunity context, and transform complex ideas into clear, persuasive presentations. In addition to sales support, this role will contribute to event marketing, asset creation, and branded collateral across all California-based brands. The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills, design sensibility, and a collaborative mindset.
