Compensation range: $130,000 K - $150,000 /Annually

 

Location: Seattle, WA (hybrid)

Position Summary

This key role requires strong business acumen and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, complex business environment. The Senior Finance Manager partners with senior leaders across the organization and the Finance team to deliver financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, and strategic analysis in support of decision-making and long-term initiatives.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Lead the development, execution, and tracking of financial plans, including forecasts, budgets, capital expenditures, and operating expenses.
  • Oversee month-end close activities and prepare management reports.
  • Document and maintain finance policies and procedures.
  • Act as a key finance partner to senior leaders, providing analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects as required.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial and operational efficiency.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • Strong planning, forecasting, and reporting expertise.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with Adaptive Planning or similar tools a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to see both detail and the “big picture.”
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

 

Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
  • MBA or master’s degree in finance or economics preferred.
  • 5–7 years of relevant finance experience.
