Compensation $27.00 

 

The base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.

Position Summary

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Shift: Day shift, Monday - Friday

 

The Punchlist Coordinator is an intermediate admin role that supports multiple teams within our Sales and Operations divisions. The Punchlist Coordinator will interface with vendors as well as external clients and have the ability to prioritize their work and have a high attention to detail. This role will require a level of problem solving, at times, with short notice. Responsible for processing and ensuring timely resolution of all punchlist issues 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Supports the Project Management Team with resolution of punch lists  
  • Proactively manage open issues with Wrike to identity status, steps, and the full scope of the issue 
  • Reviews resolution of issues and takes action with ordering product with vendor, including obtaining replacement costs from vendors 
  • Opens and tracks laser tickets thru to completion and reimbursement 
  • Enters orders to complete punches and receive labor reimbursements for time spent due to vendor defects  
  • Obtains vendor acknowledgment for accuracy of the product and timely shipping

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 

  • High School diploma, or equivalent and two-three relevant experience, or combination of education and experience to perform essential duties. 
  • Prior customer service and/or coordination experience. 
  • Proven Knowledge of MS Office suite software. 
  • Experience with using project management system 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn internal system (Hedberg and Smartsheet)

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Regularly works with others face to face, over the phone and email in an office environment with moderate noise.  Nature of work may require time spent out of the office; reliable transportation required.  Periodically works outside and may work around moving objects, dust, and dirt.  Must be able to climb up into and down from delivery trucks and walk up and down ramps where required.
