Compensation range: $33-$37/hr

Position Summary

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Project Coordination Lead will be responsible for overseeing sourcing and logistics procedures, implementing best practices, facilitating cross-functional communication, and managing workflows.  They will provide support to the team while also managing individual coordination projects, tasks, and responsibilities as a Project Coordination Specialist / Coordinator. 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: 

  • Act as the primary point of escalation for issues and collaboration with management to resolve them. 
    Provide team and individual training on processes and procedures. 
  • Coordinate project status updates with Project Coordinators, Project Planners, and/or Project Managers. 
  • Maintain continuous communication with other Project Coordinators to manage process development and changes. 
  • Review new project details and assign projects to Project Coordinators based on workload. 
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identify root causes of missed deadlines, and assist in finding  solutions. 
  • Support Project Coordinators with process questions and order clean-up. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 

  • Associate degree from accredited college preferred.
  • Two (2) years related experience and/or training; or  equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES   

  • Project oriented, proactive, creative and self-motivated 
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects amid changing priorities. 
  • Strong ability to identify business issues, formulate plans to resolve issues, and effectively 
  • communicate results to project stakeholders.  

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES   

  • Proficient in Order Management software
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Smartsheet
