Compensation range: $91,645K - 104,737K/Annually

Position Summary

Location: South Lake Union, WA (Hybrid on-site position)

Hours:  Day Shift 

 

The Program Supervisor oversees the POPs Project Management (PM) team ensuring the Project Managers are providing optimal internal and external customer service, tracking team projects to ensure they are on track and coaching as needed. This position also has responsibility fielding customer and vendor partner escalations.  The Program Supervisor will oversee North American projects.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Develops, trains and coaches Project Management associates on best practices
  • Develops and maintains departmental goals to support the corporate business plan
  • Establishes, communicates and maintains administrative and coordination policies and guidelines
  • Oversees performance management of Project Management team; coaching and developing as necessary
  • Monitors and assesses PM workload distribution
  • Identifies potential efficiencies and improvements
  • Maintains budgets through proper planning and monthly reviewing
  • Assists with on-boarding process in educating all new associates on Remedy ticket system and smartsheet software.

Qualifications:

  • Experience leading complex design, facilities, or construction project through the full lifecycle
  • Must have effective communication and presentation skills
  • Experience supervising an independent team
  • Project-oriented, pro-active, creative and self-motivated work style
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects amid changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering superior results within given deadlines
  • Strong ability to identify business issues, formulate plans to resolve these issues, and effectively communicate the results to designated Associates and Management
  • Must have transportation and be willing to travel to client locations and other Company offices, as needed

Experience/Training/Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in combination with experience is strongly preferred
  • Five or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience within furniture or related industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Work Environment:

Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment, but occasionally requires travel to construction sites. Moderate physical activity required. This position will routinely have to move, and lift up to 10 pounds and on an occasional basis lift up to 25 pounds.
