    Overview/Position Summary

     

    Partners with business leaders to identify compelling topics and trends for One Workplace target audiences.  Identifies the resources needed to turn concepts into authoritative owned and earned media content like e-books, white papers, guides, infographics and reports. Manages the marketing event calendar and responsible for overseeing the execution of thought leadership events including list pulls, emails, landing pages, social media posts and reporting on ROI.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage an event calendar and multiple deliverables
    • Collaborate with business leaders at all levels of the organization 
    • Identify trends and content topics for thought leadership and pitch content concepts
    • Execute on all deliverables supporting thought leadership events including identification of target audience, emails, landing pages
    • Manage partners (both internally and externally) to build content
    • Measure and report on the effectiveness of the thought leadership activities

     

    Qualifications:

     

    Education/Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or Communications as well as 2-4 years of industry experience and involvement in content marketing or thought-leadership.  Must enjoy the challenge of creating customer experiences that re-imagine traditional events.

    • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Assertive, flexible, and a strong sense of urgency
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
    • Ability to think outside of the box to work around challenges
    • Proven success working with individuals at all levels of the organization

     

    Physical Requirements

    • Seeing, color perception, hearing/listening, clear speech and touching
    • Ability to walk moderate distances
    • Complex reading and writing, judgment/decision making, analysis/comprehension

     

    Work Environment

    Regularly work with others, occasionally works alone. Generally, works in an office environment with moderate noise. May be located in any one of our three main offices: San Francisco, Santa Clara, Oakland
