Marketing Associate


Overview/Position Summary

Responsible for managing all aspects of brand and brand deliverables for Two.  This person will execute Two’s brand strategy, content, look and feel. This person will receive direction and guidance from Two’s Creative Manager.



  • Demonstrated ability to create all components of formal RFP’s (Request for Proposals), including any required follow-up presentation (using Powerpoint or Prezi) and any interview takeaways.
  • Develop and maintain key marketing and branding materials, including but not limited to brochures, website design, project profiles, and all micro-marketing material, such as email, social media, web and ad campaigns.





Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Strong knowledge of graphic design principals. 
  • Expert knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop required, as well as a strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. 
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Proficiency in editing basic website content, as well as other social media required. 
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and have strong organizational skills.


Physical Requirements

Seeing, color perception, hearing/listening, clear speech, hand and finger dexterity, ability to move distances within and between warehouses/offices, driving. Complex reading and writing, basic math skills, judgment/decision making, analysis/comprehension


Work Environment

Regularly works with others and has both face-to-face and verbal contact, usually works inside.  Occasionally works alone and does work outside.  May also work around moving objects.  Generally, works in an office environment with moderate noise.
